Service Terms and Conditions
To provide you with a consistently attentive and punctual service, we kindly ask you to review the following terms:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, by phone or via WhatsApp at 375 5977225.
- Cancellations made after this deadline and no-shows will result in the full charge of the booked treatment.
- Any delays may reduce the duration of the scheduled treatment or result in a full charge, in order to respect subsequent appointments.
- Cards and subscriptions are personal, non-transferable, and valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase.
- Saturdays are dedicated exclusively to facial, body and wellness ritual treatments; bookings for basic beauty services will not be available on that day.
- The price list can be viewed on our website www.elvycentrobenessere.it. Elvy S.a.s. reserves the right to update it according to market changes and supplier costs.
